The COI should be sent to the attention of Nichelle Hicks, Accounting Department by email (COIs@towercompanies.com) or by fax (301-984-7601) and a renewal certificate should be automatically sent to us, prior to the expiration of your policy. Refer to your Lease for coverage required.
